I was trying to figure out meanings of folio95r1. This plant have been familiar for me and I felt a gravity to understand more about the writings. Statements: 1. For each paragraph of the Voynich manuscript, there are various repetitive elements in a sequence of words.  2. Each sequence is an island with its own repeating element which is not necessarily the same as the next sequence. Figure 1. (a) Repeating elements are not necessary same as next sequence. A goat figure, drawn in folio71r, with pretty nice colors. This drawing raises question: Is this Aries, Capricorn, or Charioteer?!  With previous deciphering method I have decoded three circles.  (I) The fragrant plants, traveling in midday (on) the deck, the friend likes speed, the sea is calm. (II) A warm early morning, crowned bear falls on pleiades in the early morning, I go fast, pleiades is dark. (III) Goat of seventh month/sun, goat.

Now that you are familiar with alphabets, I will explain the new method I have developed for voynich decipherment, which is using colored cells. Colored cells help in identifying repetitions and by observing each step, we will be able to find any wrong omissions and this will reduce errors. This is an example from folio 1V, one of the earliest type of colored cells. There are ten columns, which help in counting the words. Each word of a paragraph, is transcribed into empty cells, from left to right, using English substitutes. The rules are shown with three colores ( blue for alternating, pink for twins, and green for reversed type). Each stage (A, B, C,..) is distinguished by yellow and orange. Each yellow/orange portion consists of two parts, and the omitted form is shown in the second part.  New meanings may emerge, layer by layer.
